I LOVE FITNESS!!! =
As most of you know im an avid fan of fitness and enjoy staying in shape. I got really into staying in shape and excercise when i started high school. Since i moved around alot with my faily im always a new comer to schools and constantly get teased and called names on how I looked. Since starting high schoool my life style took a 180 degree turn. I was just sick of the way other kids treated me! So i made a promise to my self that i will get toned and stay toned from then on. In this way, i would have a sexier body than they will ever dream of! Also i can’t say im the smartest asian girl around here so i also want to prove to my parents that since im not smart enough might as well live better and and have a healthier body. I think workingout and staying fit is my only remedy to make me feel good about myself and forget my worries. The gym is almost like a second home to me. I stay there everyday and workout for 2 hours both cardio and strenght training. And im proud of it. I’d rather stay in the gym and excercise rather than doing anything else at all (to be honest).
In our societty these days there are just so many ways for a person to do damage to there health. Such as, eating junkfood (don’t get me wrong i like to grab a bag of potatoe chips or Mickey D burger right now) but the thought of taking in so much calories, heart attacks and having Atherosclerosis (inflamation in your arteries) just makes me think otherwise. I more i eat that kind of stuff i more calories i need to burn. I don’t know how i became so obsesed about this issue i think it is beacue i got teased so much about how i looked when i was young by people. Also, we live in such a demanding and competetive stressful world now that many don’t have time to stop to take care of there body by excerciseing (which i think it is the most important aspect of life) It doens’t matter wheather your skinny or overweight. If your thin as a stick and stil ldon’t excercise and eat so little (your bound to get HYPERGLICOMA and faint since tehre are so little sugar in your body) and overweight people need to watch there health cuz Atherosclerosis is the number one killer in America. Inded the only way for anyone to remain healthy and eat right is to excercise.
I dont care if anyone cares to read this or not. since i know my life is just so boring heh. but just thought i mention that your health most important thing in your life so i hope you take care of it by eating lots of veggies, proteins and try to eat as little of fat foods as possible and do whatever you can to get at least 60 mintue of excercise everyday becaeu i will make you feel good.
