Our garden and other stuff I did over the summer….

July 28, 2009

Current mood: tired Reading: my old blog entries. Listening to: classical music Eating/Drinking: Peaches.

Hi everyone. Hope your summer is going well.My summer have been pretty busy and crazy. I’m juggling a work schedule from 7:00am- 4-:45pm. Its been like that for over 2 weeks now. I’m getting used to it.  In my spare time i goto the gym. Truely, there isn’t much there to do I think besides Haven’t touched my PS3 for months. Maybe i should clean it seeing as how its all dusty. lol Oh also, we’ve  collected alot of peaches off our peach tree this weekend . :) So, I’ve been pigging out on them. They are soooo tender and delicious. As I promised here are some pictures I took in our garden today. I think planting your own food is a much more organic than buying in groceries. We planted so many things (ex. Eggplant, Cucumbers, Leek, apples.,etc) I haven’t been spending at home. Mom is busy working in the hospital. While dad is getting used to the new job in Kansas City. She stayed over there in Kansas with dad this past weekend. Kansas City isn’t that bad. Still quite rural though. I don’t think I’ll be moving there just yet. Good news is I’m going swimming this weekend. That should be the highlight of my summer, take all the stress off. For now.

Hi, those are very lovely pictures of the garden. It makes me think of our old garden, near our old home, but we did not leave in there for many years. Last time when I came back, what I see was some wide grasses strongly grow among the gap between brisks, nearly as tall as me. HAHA…Lots of things are gone, but still alive in memory.Well, how are you doing? still enjoy summer vacation?

L.N. Zhao, thanks. I think alot of Chinese families plant there own veggies in there backyard. Sadly its winter so the plants are all dead. Oh well. I’ll definitly help mom plant more veggies this spring. I’m doing okay. Just reading old commntents. Thanks for reading.
