It’s Friday! I’m so glad it’s the weekend and I have the house all to myself again!!!. ![]()
That reminds me, I’m making tremendous progress at the Gym with my workouts!
In strength training I can now lift over 15 pounds of dumbbells (3 sets, 50 reps)! And cardio, I now run just about 4 miles. *big cheesy grin* Yeah, yeah, I know. I’m pretty much obsessed in staying healthy and fit. Up to now I pretty much blogged about my workouts for about 5 or 6 times now. LOL But what can I say, it’s the number 1 hobby of mine. And the results is so rewarding. You feel great, you look toned and fit and most importantly you doing something good for your body in the long run. LOL

I guess I’ll list my workout routines below and yes I’m the ULTIMATE a Gym Junkie (hey, its better than drugs!) LOL Oh and as for diet. I EAT IN SMALL PORTIONS (3 meals a day). My advice to dieters? DO NOT EVER SKIP MEALS because it will mess up your metabolic rate and you well feel more hungry later in the day and increase your chance of Binge eating (beware!) Just remember though I believe having an active life style is is just as important what you put in your mouth. No matter what you eat, if you don’t exercise you are still going to gain weight. As we age our metabolism slows down. So it is harder for our body to break down carbs to make energy. Thus becomes fat and stays in our body and clogs up our arteries.
I hope all of you don’t think I’m crazy. LOL I’m just a very careful about what I eat and I enjoy maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
MY 6 DAYS A WEEK WORKOUT ROUTINE![]()
Power walk for 15 minutes
Strength training begins
Shoulder workout
(40 reps, 3 sets)
Bicep workout
(30 reps, 3 sets)
Tricep workout
(40 reps, 5 sets)
Cardio workout
Run for 30 minutes
Eliptical for 30 minutes
Jump rope for 15 minutes
Lastly…Stretch!

I EAT IN SMALL PORTIONS
I AVOID JUNKFOOD AND FASTFOOD
I DON’T ANYTHING AFTER 6 P.M
3 meals a day and a light snack
1 small bowl of bok choy and rice
6 glasses of water
2 glasses of V8
2 fruits
